I love love love Cloth & Paper's Stickies that look similar to these, but they are no longer available for me to purchase. I made something similar to their old version of sticky notes.

I did not want to make exactly the same - but almost similar. 
I am sharing this design with you all who want to use it.

All you need to do is follow the steps below:
  1. Print Page 1 (blank template with numbers)
  2. Place your sticky notes. I used white 3x3 sticky notes (you can get it here).
  3. Put them back in your printer.
  4. Print Page 2.
and there you have it!
